Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship?

Hatching eggs ship 1-3 weeks from order date.

How are egg orders shipped?

We ship egg orders via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 3 days. 

  1. When we print your shipping label, you’ll get an email with a tracking number.
  2. Your box gets in line down in our quail barn. We ship as many orders as we can each day, so it may be a few days before your order goes out.
  3. Once your box arrives at our post office, your tracking will update with an estimated delivery date. 

How are live bird orders shipped?

We ship live birds via USPS Priority Express, which typically takes 2 days.

  • When we print your shipping label, you’ll get an email with a tracking number.
  • We ship live birds weekly ON TUESDAY.
  • Most live bird orders get delivered to your local Post Office. They will call you when your birds arrive!!

Digital Delivery FAQs

When will I get my digital product?

You'll get a link to your digital product (course, video, or PDF download) in your confirmation email.

How do I access my course?

You can access your course in your account. To see it:

  1. Login to your account
    Use the SAME EMAIL you used to purchase the class. We'll send a one-time password (OTP) to that email. Use the OTP to login. (No need to save it; you'll get a new one next time.)
  2. Go to your profile (upper right)
  3. Tap My Digital Products

Can I download my PDF again?

Yes! Your digital products will remain in your account. To see them,

  1. Login to your account

  2. Go to your profile (upper right)
  3. Tap My Digital Products
