How to calibrate an incubator
Incubators lie! You can calibrate your incubator to a trusted thermometer/hygrometer device (like the Govee) to make sure it's telling the truth.
Here's what to do:
- Put device in your incubator and wait until the temperature on the device stabilizes.
- If device temperature is different than incubator temp, adjust your incubator settings until the device shows the target temperature.
- Place the device in different areas of the incubator and repeat the test to find any cold spots you may have.
