 About Our Rare Color Mix

Many of the birds in this hatching egg mix have fee coloring – see video below to learn more. 

The colors in this mix that are feather-sexable at 3 weeks old are

  • Pansy Fee, Egyptian Fee, Red Pearl, Pearl

The colors that you will need to vent sex between 6-8 weeks old are:

  • Scarlet Fee, Grau Fee

Myshire Farm Rare Color Mix

  • Colors: You’ll get a variety of fun colors
  • Weight: 9-10 oz at 10 weeks
  • Egg weight: 12.5-13 grams
  • Egg production: 280-315 eggs per year (with supplemental light)
  • Productive lifespan: 1 year, 10 months – 2 years
  • Hatch true: 100% – 96% will hatch out a fee color. You could get a standard color 4% of the time.

Your eggs come from an NPIP certified (#31-1243) flock and are shipped the same day they are laid. We pack them in foam to ensure they arrive intact. We guarantee a 50% hatch rate!
