It’s two days packed full of speakers, workshops, tours, demonstrations, and FUN. Learn new skills, meet new friends, and enjoy time with an amazingly supportive community dedicated to self-sufficiency. Details below.

Here’s what’s happening!
This year, Quail Con will be focused on increasing self-sufficiency – with quail AND beyond! Coturnix quail will still be the star attraction, but we’ll include other popular homesteading topics as well. Come out and meet fun, like-minded folks who are dedicated to expanding their food production skills.
