This is the third edition of Quail in the Kitchen cookbooks. Brought to you by the members the Facebook group with the same name: Quail in the Kitchen

These recipes are a collection of the group that was started on December 3, 2021. Many have joined and contributed these recipes. The group grows daily, as do the new recipes.

In this book, we will deal with only pickled recipes. Remember, the FDA states that it isn’t safe to process pickled eggs for shelf storage, as one may get sick. But with everything else, I can only say, “Do you.” FDA states these are only refrigerator storage safely. The only recipe that is “safe” for shelf storage, will give you the instructions to can. But it will not be picked eggs.

In the back of the book, will be a list of contributors. The pictures and the recipes are taken by the person who’s name is given to the recipes.

Without these special people, there would not be many recipes. Everyone that has joined the group on Facebook called “Quail in the Kitchen” have joined to learn how to cook with quail, and have contributed greatly. Their experiment successes is what has brought this book into being. The final chapter in the book is a list off all that have contributed. To them I am very thankful!
